On behalf of the Rockland County Alumnae Chapter (RCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, I welcome you to our website! Check here often to find out how we are serving our surrounding community through stellar programming all of which is rooted in the Five-Point Programmatic Thrust of our Sorority:

  • Economic Development

  • Educational Development

  • International Awareness and Involvement

  • Physical and Mental Health

  • Political Awareness and Involvement

The Rockland County Alumnae Chapter has been serving the community since 1985 when 19 dynamic women came together to charter the chapter. Since that time, we have capitulated ourselves on an upward trajectory of matchless growth and service to the people of Rockland County.  Some of our notable programs include our Dr. Betty Shabazz Delta Academy,

Dr.  Jeanne L. Nobel GEMS Institute, the EMBODI program, the Audrey Lawson Friends With a Blessing program, and our scholarships to deserving high school students.
Ours is a rich history, but we believe as we move forward, the best is yet to come.

We want to thank each and every one of you for your endless support of everything we do to "Embrace, Educate and Empower" one another. This visionary statement for our chapter describes how our ultimate goal is to make positive inroads as we strike the right balance between bringing joy to our sisterhood and relevant, sustainable service to the community we serve.
