The EAST - First to Serve. First to Lead. First to Empower.  The Eastern Region consists of the states of: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, DC. International chapters of the Eastern Region include: England, Germany, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Croix and St. Thomas).
 

In 1985, 19 dynamic and visionary Delta women gathered to charter the Rockland County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.  Today their efforts have multiplied and continue to positively impact New York’s Rockland County community.
